We receive many group bookings from companies & also for seminar purposes as we are the only project with condotel concept while other hotels offers room only.
Other important thing that distinguishes ours than other developments is our income will be audited by International Public Auditor, Ernst and Young, so all unit owners will receive transparent financial report.
